At Black Boy Joy University, a masterclass is a guided, deep-dive learning experience designed to do more than share information. These sessions are built to transform how adults understand, support, and show up for Black and Brown boys in their real lives.
Our masterclasses are:

- Designed to shift beliefs and behaviors, not just add strategies

We are not centered on credentials alone. We are centered on practice, presence, and impact.

Each masterclass is guided by the Three Crowns Framework, a structure that ensures learning moves beyond insight and into real-world transformation.

What will I try, apply, or shift in my real-world practice within the next seven days?
Crown of Awareness
What do I need to unlearn in order to do this work well, without harm, and without ego?
This framework supports clarity, accountability, and sustained change over time.
What You Can Expect
Masterclasses are designed for depth, dialogue, and reflection. Sessions center themes such as identity, emotional wellness, belonging, leadership, and joy, with content that is both affirming and practical.
