A three-day virtual experience designed to celebrate, affirm, and invest in Black boys
and the communities that support them.
What This Digital Experience Is
What You’ll Experience Over Three Days
Each day is designed to balance learning, reflection, and restoration.
Participants can expect:
Interactive workshops led by educators, practitioners, and community leaders
Throughout the experience, participants also engage in intentional spaces for connection, including facilitated circles for parents, caregivers, and educators to share honestly, gain practical tools, and connect with others walking a similar path.
There are also dedicated man-to-man spaces for men, mentors, and male-identifying caregivers — centered on leadership, healing, presence, and accountability. No posturing. Just truth, care, and growth.
A curated group of vendors and exhibitors will be featured across the experience, offering books, tools, youth-centered programs, and resources from community-based organizations doing aligned work.
Every session centers Black and Brown boys while also supporting the adults who love, teach, and advocate for them.

This year, the Digital Experience is the first entry point into the Black Boy Joy Universe and a meaningful way to stay engaged year after year.
More Than a Three-Day Event
Participation in the Digital Experience is about building capacity, connection, and commitment.
Every participant receives a conference toolkit designed to support learning during the experience and long after it ends, including reflection guides, practical tools, and resources you can revisit and reuse.
Registration also includes continued connection beyond the event, with access to ongoing community spaces designed to support learning, leadership, and relationship-building over time.
